A family-friendly music and arts festival celebrating community, creativity, and connection.
Each year, porches and front yards in a Fredericksburg neighborhood transform into welcoming performance spaces for artists of all styles. From seasoned bands to emerging solo acts, from youth ensembles to choirs, Porchfest is designed to showcase the incredible range of local performing talent in our region. Porchfest by RappArts brings music into local neighborhoods for all to enjoy in an outdoor, alcohol-free, and family-oriented setting. Musicians will perform one-hour sets from various porches on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm. ​
Vendor Application Now Open
We are currently accepting applications from artists and makers of handmade, original work only. No resale, mass-produced, or commercial items will be permitted.

Vendor Fee: $25 (non-refundable)

Vendor Criteria:
We’re looking for a variety of local artists and craftspeople — including (but not limited to) painters, potters, jewelry makers, fiber artists, woodworkers, and more — whose work is 100% original and handmade.
Important Info:
All vendors must provide their own display setup (tables, tents, chairs, etc.). This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Spaces are limited and curated to maintain a high-quality art experience.
RappArts members may receive priority in placement.
